I had the exact same experience when trying to call rccl. They told me no baby sitting service was offered on any ship, which is false. The Nursery offers this service on select ships. (in room sitting is not offered anymore) I ended up just messaging them through Facebook and received a immediate response... Hope this helps anyone in the future....
