Celebrity Transfers

Considering  using Celebrity’s Transfer from Civitavechia to Rome airport.  I entered my flight information into their web site and they assign me a drop off time for 10:50am.  My international flight departs at 1:15pm.  Air Canada instructs us to be at the airport 3 hours before departure.  I called Celebrity to see if I could get an earlier drop off and was told to take what was offered and once on the ship try to get it chanced.  Anyone have any experience with this?  Should I go with a private transfer?  Thank you.

I'm sure you can change the time on board. However there costs are usually double what a shuttle service would charge. Go to Ports and then Rome and see numerous companies offering shuttle service.
