MS Roald Amundsen

Having experienced several delayed departures for the MS Spitsbergen's first voyage some years ago, and given that the Amundsen was unable to keep to its 2018 launch schedule, could  you give us an update for the 2019 launch?  We are scheduled to join the Amundsen for the Alaska and Canada voyage and are concerned after a failed NW Passage on the Fram this past September, that the Passage may not be passable this year either - again being blocked by excessive ice formations making a transit impossible.  How would a similar ice condition affect the scheduling of the Amundsen and unlike the Fram situation, would we be advised in a timely manner allowing passengers to cancel before flying to Vancouver and Nome. As you can see, we are longtime loyal customers of Hurtigruten and our main concern is that communications are sometimes not as timely as they should be.  Your comments are much appreciated.
