free MSC Cruise From Casino

Last week I "earned" a free MSC cruise from my casino points.  I can take any cruise up to 10 days for two people in a basic 

Bella cabin.  I can upgade.  I don't know MSC that well (it was my first cruise and on the Seaside).  They will not let me cruise to China or Cuba.  Those of you experienced on MSC - what cruise would you take?  I live in the US,

I've been on the Seaside and Preziosa, both from casino. Preziosa is a beautiful ship but casino is very small, and we had a very port intensive itiniary, so the casino was only open after dinner each night and was hard to earn points. But otherwise, there are non stop flights to Guadeloupe out of NYC, which is very easy to get to. We upgraded to the Yacht Club on both and was excellent and worth every penny.

We are cruising next month on a 10 day Mediterranea cruise I won playing bingo. Everything was handled thru the casino.

For us it was $395 to upgrade to a ocean view and a additional $795 to upgrade to a Balcony.

We upgraded to Fantastica at no extra cost which  gave us 12 drink vouchers pp. 

   We had to put down $200 pp deposit plus the upgrade fee.  However the $200 pp deposit is given back as on board credit.

The upgrade price of $395 + $795 was for 2 people not pp

Also I’m not sure if it matters but the ship we choose (Sinfonia) has very few balconies so I’m not sure if the balcony cost more for that ship than it would for a big ship like the Seaside.
