Group of 7 - Mini bus or van from Coxen Hole to West End

We are a group of 7 needing transportation from Coxen Hole Cruise Port to West End for a 3 hour snorkeling trip.

 

I read that there are taxis at the port but is there anything that could fit our entire group?

 

If so, what would be the round trip cost?

 

Where are they located?

 

Can we reserve one in advance?

There are van taxis.  Taxi fare is typically per person, not per taxi. But you'll have to negotiate with the driver to pick you up at a time certain.  If you hail a taxi in West End you may or may not get a van taxi and you'll most likely be getting a taxi someone just got out of.  Taxis don't "patrol" or waiting in specific places in either West End or West Bay.  Catch as catch can.

 

There is a Roatan Taxi Service on FB.  You might search and see if they can accommodate you.

 

You can also contact Rony's Tours or Victor Bodden Tours and inquire about hiring a driver for the day or a "custom tour".  Cost could be similar to taxi fare.  Both also have kiosks at Coxen Hole where you can inquire once you dock.
