Any recommendations for places to eat in Nassau, Bahamas?

The last time we were in Nassau, we had what I would consider pretty good fried conch in of all places the Pirate Republic brewhouse right across from the port. It may of been the excellent beer influencing that report though. I'll make it a goal to reassess that observation when we next visit Nassau on 4/12.
