Are there any discounts for first night dining in specialty restaurants on the edge?

On other celebrity ships there are usually 30% discounts at the specialty restaurants on the first night. what about on the edge?  Does this apply?

No discounts when we were on her in mid Jan.  In fact we had purchased a 3 night dining package.  We got on the ship at 11:45, went directly to FCSH and could only get a 10pm reservation for either of the nights we wanted.  We waitlisted for a earlier time and got 7.  Our 2nd night we never cleared the waitlist so cancelled and went to Roof Top Grill.  Eden was equally booked when we boarded
