Ultimate Balcony Dining - is it considered specialty for the free specialty?

I noticed the Ultimate Balcony Dining is considered specialty dining.  With the current special of specialty dining included, is UBD included?

Hi - I think the "free" specialty is only for one night - but this I'm sure is not a part of that since it costs $100 per couple.  Never hurts to ask though when you are on board.

No...depending on ship it’s for the Crown Grill, Sterling’s, Bayou Cafe & Sabatini’s which cost $25-$29.  The $100 UBD is only available a couple of times per evening.

I was thinking more of the breakfast option for UBD.  My wife and I had specialty dining on our last cruise (it was given to us by Princess because of something that happened on our previous cruise).  We weren't really impressed.  We aren't really the type for "fancy foods."  And it just took so long - about 1.5 hours.
