Vidanta Cruise Line?

We just received a brochure about a new cruise line and new ship, just curious if anyone knows anything about it. Vidanta is the cruise line and their ship is Elegant. Supposedly just being lunched. Pictures look great but not much information do know that the company is from Mexico. Any info would be appreciated.

We got the same brochure!    

 

Google lead me to a CruiseMapper page.   Which says Vidanta bought an older ship and renovated it to make the Vidanta Alegria.   They're renovating it again to make it the Vidanta Elegant.  See   https://www.cruisemapper.com/ships/Vidanta-Elegant-538  for it's full history.  

 

That's all I can find, neither, the firm nor either ship is on CC.
