Reviewing a post before submitting

I like to review before posting to look for issues. 

I no longer see where I can do that...

One can preview a post using the Preview button on the far left of the edit toolbar

The preview has three tabs Desktop, Tablet, and Phone. Nice for seeing how a post is going to appear on the different platforms.
