Oceania Colonial Santiago de Cuba tour?

Considering this as one of our 2 free excursions offered by Oceania.

Wondering what the "community project" might be as listed in the description?

We are not used to ship excursions but since we have 2 free ones we thought we might just try it here.

Any advice would be welcome.

re: Oceania's Colonial Santiago de Cuba tour my understanding is the "community project" in the tour description depends on what the tour company (Cubatur) can arrange for the tour.  That's why they don't say what it is. For the tour we took it was a local dance troop performance in a warehouse like building.  I heard that some people went to a short musical performance.
