MAYA KEY

We booked the Maya Key excursion on royal Caribbean.  The day was nice. We are snorklers and booked this excursion to ensure our non snorklers had something to do. Snorkel gear was $ 50 USD and included the guide. It was windy and very choppy with minimal fish. Took about30 minutes, not worth the $$. Island staff seemed very tired, not a lot of smiles. I would not do this tour again

Sorry you didn't enjoy it. We have been at least twice but not recently. I have not snorkeled although my daughter and SIL did once and also found it choppy and current strong.

Although it seems pricy initially we don’t find it bad compared to the price of private transport for two on Roatan considering lunch is included and it’s convenient for Coxen Hole. Of course it was better value in the old days of Fins ‘n Flippers!
