Tour with out Maho Beach

I've had more than enough of planes flying over my head in my life time. So can I find a tour that will take us to both sides of the island with a lunch break on a beach that isn't Maho? Actually I don't care if we see a beach this day or not, just would like to have a good local lunch with a view.

Ideas?

We did a Bernard's tour last June.  There were eight of us, though, so it was a private, customized tour.  He would normally take you to Maho, but we wanted to see Orient instead, especially last June.  We spent some time at Grand Case and loved it and ate at a local restaurant that had been destroyed by the hurricane, but she didn't give in or shut down and the food was amazing.
