Best resort for toddlers near Puerta Maya

I’m traveling alone with a 10 yr old, 6 yr old, and a 1 yr old. We were told the baby won’t be allowed in the cruise pools because she’s in swim diapers. I wanted to find an all inclusive within walking distance to puerta maya in Cozumel that had a kiddie pool or splash pad where the baby can also play. Any suggestions? Also would like to find a place in Progresso... thanks 😊

Park Royal has a kids pool. You would have to check if they are allowed in main pools. I think they were when i checked several years ago.
