Shuttles to City Centers

This is our first time on Oceania and per there brochure it indicates that they provide shuttle service to city centers.  However, I tried to confirm with Oceania CS and they said Shuttles are not available at all ports and that the specific information would not be available until the day before arriving at the port(s). 

Confused as to why the document indicates that shuttle service is complimentary, but can't tell you which ports ahead of time.

 

Looking for specific information for those ports that we have not booked private tours for.  

 

Any information would be helpful if you know.

What O is saying is that shuttle services, not necessarily to the city center but a convenient place, will,.." WHEN" ..offered be  no charge...............  You will not know until the night before..!!!  and only "if" they will run.

Yes, it would be nice if they did include that information for our planning but would have to come with a disclamer that things may change. Often these are provided by the port or city and they can withdraw or change schedule. That said, a "this is what it is as of now and may change without notice" would be good.  In someports I doubt if ther has been much change inyears

 

You can check this "sticky" at the top of the O forum. People usually add rather than update the list so you might have to so some searching but I have found it useful. Enjoy your cruise
