HAL & Cunard were charging US$100 pp for coach transfers from pier to Narita & Haneda - April 2019.

Bit of a rip-off when Narita is 3-4 times the distance to Haneda.

The simplest & most cost effective way is to take a taxi to Yokohama City Air Terminal [YCAT] - under Y2000.

Then bus to Haneda or Narita. Under Y1000 pp to Haneda.

Free assistance with baggage is available at Osanbashi, YCAT & taxi drivers load their vehicles.

Of course NO tipping.
