Ezair phone number

Does anyone have a direct number for ezair? I want to change my return flight, but can’t figure out how to do it online( I want to keep our flight to Southampton). Do I have to change both?

Of course that's the regular Princess number and they won't let you speak with EZ Air. They will put you on hold while they call the EZ Air folks. When they finally answer the phone the rep will then play "telephone" with you going back and forth and taking way too long to fix a simple problem.

I’ve tried it; that’s why I was hoping someone had a direct number. Maybe someone out there has a direct number.

Yes, to change one way you have to change both.

 

You can do it online.  Go into your booking.  Go to flights then "Add / Modify Booking'".  Then search the flights and if you find the combination you are looking for,  you will see the option to select it which in turn will cancel your originally chosen flights.  You will also lose any seat selections you originally made in both directions, even if the flight to Southampton is the same.
