Are booked internet packages normally included on NCL's edocs?  All other "amenities" are there, but not the internet packages we chose.  If we have a receipt for those packages are we good to go anyway?  Thanks!

Not to my knowledge. The only Internet packages that have shown up on my e-Docs were part of my booking, meaning as a promo. As long as you have the receipt you'll be fine. Also, if you look on NCL, under vacation summary, you should see a listing of booked items. It may be listed there. If it is, you can print the list as a backup.
