I also use them on existing cruises, but only one per person per cruise. My TA gets it applied in most cases

The link posted above refers to a clubroyal website.  When you go there it asks for your rewards number.  If you click the help button it tells you that your rewards number is your C&A number.  When you sit at table or machine - it is your C&A number they use to track you.
