Britannia Breakfast Menu

I notice the the Britannia Dining Room Breakfast Menu shown in the stickies no longer shows Waffles or French Toast as being available in Britannia, but both are shown on the Britannia Club Breakfast menu.   Has anyone been able to order these items recently in QM2 Britannia?   Off menu?
