Scotty1 Posted January 25, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2006 Just kind of curious (being new to Seabourn) , we're booked on the March 26th Legend sailing (booked directly with Seabourn ) and with the exception of receiving Email updates for booking and payment confirmations we have not received any other documentation from Seabourn. Is this normal ?
Host Dan Posted January 25, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2006 You should receive preliminary docs any time now. This will include a form you will need to fill out with all of your personal info, passport #, and liquor preference. Your final docs should reach you 2 to 4 weeks before your cruise! GrannyLorr Posted January 25, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2006 We are on the Spirit on the 19th. March and got our docs about 10 days ago......maybe they came early because they had a long way to come?
CruisinMatt Posted January 25, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2006 GrannyLorr - did you get the pre-docs or the final docs in the leather wallet?

SusanNJ Posted January 26, 2006 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2006 I am on your cruise. I booked through a travel agent. I have not received anything either.
Rare Keith1010 Posted January 26, 2006 #7 Share Posted January 26, 2006 Scotty1, you will get your pre-docs soon but just so you have peace of mind I would recommend that you call Seabourn and give them your booking information and have them check when the pre-docs are due to be sent. Unless it's changed, you can also go over the Seabourn web site and print off the pre-registration form, fill it in and fax it back to them. It is the same form that will be contained in your preliminary document book and that way you will have one less item to worry about it. cruiseyguy Posted January 26, 2006 #8 Share Posted January 26, 2006 Seabourn will e-mail your pre-docs if you call. Like the airlines, cruiselines are moving toward doing everything electronically.
Rare AllisonJames Posted January 26, 2006 #9 Share Posted January 26, 2006 I received my pre-documents for my April 9 cruise about two weeks ago, but I booked directly with Seabourn. As soon as I made my final payment, they sent them out.
bgood Posted January 26, 2006 #10 Share Posted January 26, 2006 If you already have your booking number, you can actually submit your pre-registration right from the website. On the left side of the home page, select "Already booked" Then pick "Guest registration Form," and "online". Enter your booking number departure date and ship. Your name will alreadybe on the form You'll need your passport information and an emergency contact--and if you are a non-U.S. citizen embarking or disembarking in the US, you need a local address of airport destination. Plus it asks you what you want stocked in the bar, how you want the bed arranged, etc. Don't forget to click on the "signature" at the bottom. Then you submit and you get an email confirmation.
