I would think that you can call your local X country office and find out if the pricing is available to you.

 

Somehow, methinks it might not and you may need to seek out a US agent to book these through, if they are in fact bookable through a TA.

US big box TA's - Sign up for their email offers. 

It's not quite what you're asking for I know but you'll get to see the best of both worlds as you'll see the offers on both sides of the pond. Recently UK pricing has been beating US pricing so check prices with both on each individual cruise to help you get the best deal. 

That said find a TA with a good search facility and perform regular searches based on the criteria relevant to yourself and you'll probably find the most exciting deals yourself in all honesty. :)

...... I looked but the prices have been the same for about the last ten days or so, so no huge excitement for me I’m afraid but thank you for the headsup. We are waiting for the often discussed ‘ after final payment ‘ mega price drop for an early September departure. Prices have actually risen so I’m a bit confused but will keep a close eye. 

 

I dont know why I didn’t  get that email because I get others from Celebrity 🤔.
