Casino cash on cabin account

First cruise on HAL but many on Princess where we can put casino credits on our cabin account no charge or fee just pay with other cruise charges. Is this the case on HAL?

Yes for slot machines. 3% charge on cash for table games...

You can buy casino chips ahead of time.  They are delivered to you and you just take them to the casino to cash them in.  Easy and you don't have to carry all that cash with you traveling.

I always do a wire transfer of up-front money to the ship.  If you want to do this, OPC (Ocean Players Club) will provide instruction.  On the first night you just do some paperwork at the cage.  Then you just withdraw cash at any table at no charge to your shipboard account.  I don't know how they do this for the slots because I only play blackjack.   Before you disembark you go to the cage and they will give you your remaining funds.
