Carnival Excursion Dept.

I have not sailed on Carnival very much.  Does Carnival have an Excursion dept. that I can call and ask a couple of questions and hopefully get answers?  

 

A Customer Service Rep. told  me to send an email and wait for an answer.  This just doesn't sound right to me.  

 

Any info. would be greatly appreciated ... Thank you!

Per the CCL website:

"

• Guests must order directly through Carnival.com.
• We will not accept Pre-Sail orders by telephone, fax, email or mail."

You could try booking onboard to speak with the shore excursions desk staff if needed, but things could be sold out. You could email them if you have questions beforehand though.

you can get a great shore excursion overview on https://www.shoreexcursioneer.com/ they have most of the same tours as Carnival, very reliable and less expensive. If you have to use Carnival for some reason, this sight will at least introduce you to what's available on each island. We have probably used them 15+ times, great company.
