Cunard Transfers in NY?

Does anyone know of, or better yet have experience with, Cunard coach transfers in NY between the pier and some hotel in Brooklyn (or Manhattan)?  If the website has anything on this, it eludes me.

The only New York post-voyage coach transfers that I know about (from the website and the on-board transfer booking form) are airport transfers to Newark, JFK, and La Guardia and what they call a "Station Transfer" with stops in Manhattan at Grand Central Terminal, Pennsylvania Station, and the Port Authority Terminal.
