mobile cruiseport after gettin off ship cant check into hotel till 3pm ?

any suggestions after getting off ship cant check into hotel till after 3pm and my fight home to fl isnt till 6am the next day

You can store your luggage at the hotel.  After that enjoy a nice lunch somewhere.  The battleship (USS Alabama) tour is interesting.

I've had good luck with hotels in the past by calling ahead of time, explaining the situation, and asking if they can check you in early to an available room. You probably won't get in right away, but maybe a couple of hours early. I've also been lucky doing this a couple of times just walking up without calling ahead.
