Regal Princess Spa

Is there a half day spa pass that can be purchased for use of sauna, hydro pool, etc... (sailing Regal Princess in December).  Do you book in advance or once on board?  (I have a massage booked for a sea day and figured I would add on if possible?)  Any thoughts :)?
