Jet Set Sail from UK

Hi Lisa,

 

A couple of years ago we used Celebrity because of it's Jet set Sail initiative.

 

What was the reason for this to be abandoned?

 

There were some issues surrounding checkin and being left in the rain to complete some tasks. But with a good map as the where reception and parking was, some explanations from a person stationed at the gate, better use of indoors for checking in and a cover outside  at baggage reception those niggles would have been sorted for us. If that had been right at the time, this for us would have been a brilliant initiative.

 

Have you considered doing this again, if so please pay attention to my comments above and with a few tweaks we would certainly travel with Celebrity again.

Hello! As much as we loved the UK based program, Jet Set Sail, it was limited to departing from only one airport and it was too restrictive for our guests. Since then, we have dramatically increased air allocations to include many UK airports and our guests now have much more flexibility...and better deals too! Thank you and have a great day!

Sorry it could not be as well as you using other airports. My wife usually hates airports, but that was OK for her once past check in. Sorry means we shall not use X again.
