NCL EPIC Arcade Pass

I was wondering if anyone had more information on current rates and guidelines for booking our teen/preteens arcade passes for our 10 day cruise on the Epic in March 2020. 

Do we have to book all four of us a pass or just the kids?  How much per day?  When can it be booked and how? 

Any help is appreciated.

I'm on the Epic in November and can't see any option to purchase a pass in MyNCL.

One person per cabin and it can be purchased at the 60 days out mark from your sailing date.  Purchased online under your cruise planner then.
