FLL day room

We will have a late flight out of FLL, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for day rooms?  Or other suggestions on how to spend a day (we'll have our luggage to deal with).  Has anyone ever booked through dayuse.com?

Roadway Inn, a budget option near the airport usually offers day rates.

 

www.resortpass.com is one often suggested source for hotels and resorts offering passes to their pool, spa and beach facilities.

 We just did this at the Atlantic resort and spa.
