No preference options in Cruise Planner anymore?

Just booked a cruise and logged in to make sure my preferences were set to 'do not upgrade' but there are no options available apart from communication preferences.  Am l going to have to call?

Yes, you have to call.  Preferences were removed in one of the previous website improvements.
