bearkeley Posted August 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2019 We travel 6 months out of the year, but new to cruising, other than a one week Carnival Cruise several years ago. Because we travel so much, we need to make sure we are either traveling within our budget, or getting a great deal on a bucket list trip. However, in looking at prices for cruises, we have seen major promos on website that expire in x hours, only to see later that the promo reset and it’s still on. On the other hand, I’ve seen posts where people get OBCs or lower rates if prices drop. How do you know if you are getting the best rate?
