Julia St Terminal Parkng

We have cruised out of New Orleans twice on Carnival. We like to park at the terminal for the convenience but we are only familiar with the Erato St Terminal Parking garage. We will be cruising on NCL in April. It appears Julia St Parking is just a parking lot. Since this parking lot is shared by RCI and NCL, does this parking lot get full? We like to arrive to the port around 10:30 or 11:00, do you think we should come up with an alternate parking area if this one is full or should we easily find a spot?

I pass that lot all the time, and have never seen it full, even on weekends.
