Fitness Room on Harmony of the Seas

Is this room available for walk-ins? Or is it just used for paid classes?

I'm interested in using the bikes but do not plan to attend a class.

Will I be able to? 

If it is something that needs to be reserved, please let me know that as well.

You will have to talk to the fitness center people on board.  From what I've heard, the bikes can only be used during a class.  I don't know if they make exceptions.
