Pride of America Cancellation Question RE: Air Change Fees

I have been trying to submit my air change expenses for our cancelled POA sailing to NCL for reimbursement. It appears that the e-mail address in their cancellation letter is wrong.😳 Has anybody had any luck sending in their receipts? Thanks! I really want to get this crossed off my to-do list!

My travel agent received the email letting my group know about the cancelled cruises.  We haven't cancelled and rescheduled our airfare yet, but will do so in about 2 weeks when the new flights are available. Can you tell me how you went about get a reimbursement for the cancellation cost?
