It appears that the e-mail address in their cancellation letter is wrong.😳 Has anybody had any luck sending in their receipts? Thanks! I really want to get this crossed off my to-do list! We haven't cancelled and rescheduled our airfare yet, but will do so in about 2 weeks when the new flights are available.
