Viking China Trip 2020

We have reserved "Roof of The World" for the fall 2020 but now are second guessing ourselves and thinking "Undiscovered China" might be better. Primarily concerned about the many reports of altitude sickness because of short time to slowly acclimate.  We have been to Machu Picchu and Lake Lake Titicaca without issues but reached those heights slowly over a number of days varying the altitude.  We did not take Diamox.  We have been to Myanmar and VietNam/Cambodia so have some introduction to temples.  Do I really need to visit Tibet.  We should be able to switch reservation.

Any thoughts about how you decided which trip to take?
