Miami Amtrak to NCL Cruise Port

Does anyone know what the most reasonable means of getting from the Amtrak station to the NCL cruise post is? Any idea of cost? Lastly, any suggestions for a hotel that offers complementary shuttle from Amtrak and/or to cruise port?

I would think a taxi would be your best bet. Please tell me you are not arriving the same day of the cruise...... Amtrak trains tend to run late here in South Florida since Miami is the "end of the line" on these routes... Unless your train is scheduled to arrive in the morning, I'd be careful!

I recall asking this 2 years ago, and finding out that taxis were around $25, it is pretty far, and no-one was aware of any hotels.

My memory may be way off base, so hopefully you'll get more knowledgeable/current information. (You might search for posts started by me, but not sure if the boards go back that far.)
