WSET course

I understand it’s possible to do the WSET level 1 course aboard QM2- it’s been on my list of things to do for some time. 

Is it possible to do it on the east bound crossing or only on the west bound?

Can it be booked in advance or only once you get on board? Has anyone done it with Cunard before?

The WSET Level 1 course was offered on the July 7, 2019 eastbound crossing according to the daily programmes I have from that voyage. So, despite what the voyage personaliser states about it being "Available on Westbound Transatlantic Crossings", that's one instance where it was offered on an eastbound crossing.

 

I don't know if that course can be booked in advance, but the "Wine Academy" page where it is listed within the US voyage personaliser includes the standard blurb "To purchase any of the gifts lists [sic] below please call 1-800-728-6273". It may be worth giving Cunard a call to find out if you can purchase it for your crossing.
