Reservations Carnival Glory Steakhouse

Hi 

I’m trying to make reservations to dine in the Steakhouse the first night on Carnival Glory.  Everything I have read says you can make a reservation online in advance and directs you to My Cruise Planner.  The only thing I find there is a gift you can purchase to dine in the steakhouse. In the past it was a link where you could email directly to the steakhouse and request reservations. Is this no longer the case?

When are you sailing?  It might just be too early to make a reservation.

In Cruise Manager on both Freedom and Vista there is a link for specialty dining.  I find the Cruise Manager is not very user friendly, but after searching and fumbling around I found the link to request reservations.
