Getting packed for my second cruise. On the first one in 2014, there was a promotion in the casino where you brought a receipt showing you purchased specialty drink (long island, Bahama mamma, etc) to the casino cage, they gave you a $5 match play coupon. Does this still exist? Any other tips to maximize comps/benefits in the casino? I play mostly blackjack and poker.

Poker is all Poker Pro tables and usually have very little action.  BlackJack is 6/5 unless you play $25/hand.  Fun21 is $6 minimum and is a fun alternative to regular blackjack.  Just check rules and optimum play charts if you are into that kind of thing.

Not aware of any other comps, coupons, benefits unless you qualify for Drinks On Us package but i think you have to play A LOT to get to that level.

If you're a table player, your best bet to maximize comps is to just go sit at the $25 blackjack table and consistently bet $30/hand. That table is normally not that crowded ($25 min keeps a lot of folks away), so the pit bosses will get to know if you if you're there long/often enough, and if you get a good rapport going with them/the dealers, they'll take care of you. I also believe that if the pit bosses see you regularly tipping the dealers, they are more inclined to return the favor with little things like throwing you a free drink here and there before you qualify for the DOU card. But if you bring a decent bankroll and play consistently at $30/hand, you'll be qualified for DOU pretty quickly.
