Has anyone used the tour operator Viator?

I'm interested in the Hol Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley Snorkeling Tour; also any reviews on Viator in general...

Viator is a middle market booking company for smaller excursion providers.  They offer on line booking for most Caribbean ports.  Reputable firm.  Not sure who they use in Belize for this excursion, but there should be reviews on the web site, albeit probably cherry-picked.  You might find some on Trip Advisor. 

DW and SIL have done this excursion 3 times through Coral Breeze and love it.  So check out Coral Breeze as well.

I found their operators less than knowledgeable and gave me wrong information more than once.  If I can't speak with the actual tour operator then I'm not interested.
