Shareholder OBC

Faxed off my details for upcoming cruise 2 days ago to Costa. Anyone have any idea how long it taken, how do I find out if they have processed it?

 

Cruise is in 20 days.

I was wondering if you always get the credit, when I read the rules it says not available with special rate or if you were already give OBC.  We were given 100 OBC PP already so could we still get the shareholders OBC?

Yes you will get shareholder credit even if you got OBC. Costa will email you with confirmation. We received it within days of sending

Just for those following along I have had a few issues with getting Costa to apply mine. Finally called Carnival Australia yesterday who gave me an email for Costa Australia (aus_booking@costa.it) . Send details to that email address and within 12hrs OBC applied.

Yes, it shows. Otherwise, a quick call to Costa to confirm.

Thanks. I have to send mine in yet. I sent it in for another costa cruise but the cruise was soon cancelled by costa so I never saw the OBC show online. I will confirm once I send it in for our new cruise.

Mine was not showing online for my December cruise.  But USA Costa rep confirmed the OBC is indicated in their computer system.
