Signing up for Mix and Mingle Party on Symphony OTS

I have tried for many, many weeks to sign up for the Mix & Mingle Party on the December 28, 2019 Symphony OTS cruise.  Everytime I try, it asks for me to check the boxes beside my husband and my names who wanted to attend.  There are no boxes to check!!   I can go no further.  I have written to Cruise Critic about this issue, but have gotten no response.  Any suggestions???

This is not a Cruise Critic issue, it is a Royal Caribbean issue.

and having the same problem, it is a Royal Caribbean IT issue.

 

You can try the usual: clear cache, clear cookies, private browswing mode, different browsers.  If that does not work, you can try calling RC, but I would not expect any useful info.

 

Also, you can attend the M&M without registering.  Check your Roll Call thread for time/date of the M&M and just show up.
