Singapore Airport transfer with city tour

Wondering about what time bus leaves cruise terminal for tour of city with drop-off at Singapore airport. We are staying at hotel at airport so don’t need to get there early. Time to not hurrying leaving ship?

I am booking this for our cruise in Jan 2020. From the Celebrity site, the tour leaves at 08:30 and is for passengers with flights after 17:00 (5 pm). Our flight home is not until 23:00 (11 pm), so we will also look at visiting the Jewel at Changi airport or getting a day room at a hotel near the airport..

We were just there in early November after our cruise. Be aware that Changi is extremely large and not that easy to go from one terminal to another. For example , we stayed overnight at the Crown Plaza which is attached to terminal 3. In order to get to terminal 4 you can either take the free bus to terminal 2 & then catch another bus from 2 to 4. Since we were departing for our 6:50am flight , instead of taking multiple buses, we choose to take a cab from 3 to 4 which cost $14sgd (or $10 US). If you are planning to get a day room, make sure it's at the terminal from which your flight is departing from or allow alot of transfer time..
