NCL Air booked through ship

For those of you that have used the NCL air that the cruise line books for you, how often has what the itinerary that was listed prior to your actual cruise remained the same once it was actually confirmed?  As of now I have a transatlantic cruise booked with a return flight listed and if I look up the flights listed in those airports I'm happy with what time I'm seeing .
