Bliss Haven Upgrade Question

If one has a winning bid to upgrade to the Haven, what would be included?

I wouldn't want the "free promotions"....so can you accept with just the wifi and excursion credits?

Would any drinks (even in room) be included...or "pay as you go"?

You do not get any extra free perks/promotions if you win a upgrade to the Haven, you only keep what you currently have, so if your in a balcony and have the wifi and excursion perk that's what you'll still have, if your in sailaway rate you will have no perks

I assume I would still be entitled to eat in the Haven restaurant.

You receive all of the benefits of the Haven- butler, concierge, access to the courtyard, restaurant, lounge, priority boarding and disembark, etc.- but you keep any free at sea promos that you booked under. You do not get any extra promos.

Yes, you will be able to eat there in addition of using all of the Havens amenities.
