Sparkling flavored or unflavored water, Dasani, is available at the coke machines if you have at the very least the soda package. If not, then no.

You can purchase cans of club soda.  Sparling water/seltzer/club soda are not complementary.

If you prefer, you are also permitted to take a 12 pack of non alcohol beverage on board.
