DVD Player in Room on Empress of the Seas

Hi:

 

We are booked on the Empress of the Seas in June. Can anyone tell me if there are DVD players in the room. We have two young children and sometimes to get them to sleep they like to watch a movie. Also are there ping pong tables on the Empress. Just curious.

If you have a super deluxe suite there might be a dvd player. If you just have an ordinary cabin, no chance.

Hi, No to DVD players, but yes to ping pong tables....The ping pong tables are located on deck 5 (I believe) outside of Boleros....Have a great time The Empress is a fine ship with a friendly crew...:cool:

No DVD players. But the beds do turn into ping pong tables. :D :D

If you bring a laptop you could play the movie on that. Or you could buy a portable DVD player. I have seen them on sale for as low as $129 for a 7 or 8 inch screen. You can use these in the car and on airplanes.

My husband bought me a portable to take on vacations and long car rides. You can get them at a good price from Wal-Mart & Best Buy.
