They can help you with extra coffee or an extra pillow for your room. They can not make any reservations that you can’t do yourself. It would have been better for you to make all of your bookings at the 130 day mark. By now, most prime time dinner and shows are sold out. And you will have to work with the concierge onboard who does have the ability to oversell a sold out restaurant. If you wait too long onboard, even the concierge won’t be able to make a reservation. FLcruisergrl Posted December 5, 2019 #4 Share Posted December 5, 2019 In addition to the pillows, etc., the pre-concierge was able to make a dinner reservation that the online system wouldn’t allow me to make.
