Chankanaab with a wheel chair?

It's been several years since we've been to this park and I can't recall if it's wheel chair friendly.   I've searched the boards as well as Cozumel Parks website and cannot find any info regarding accessibility at this park.  We'd like to visit the park again as a family, but my grandmother uses a wheel chair now.  Specifically, what I need to know is:

1)  Are there are paved walkways throughout the park?

2)  Do they have sand wheel chairs (with the big, inflated tires) available for use or rent?

3)  Best place to get admission tickets....  Cozumel Parks website?  Do we even need to buy tickets in advance?

For anyone else needing to know:

I contacted the Cozumel Parks website with my questions.  I rec'd a reply saying they do indeed have the beach wheel chairs and if I'd provide a name & date of visit, they would reserve one for my grandmother.  Nice.
